There are a ton of articles and videos on-line on the subject of Scrum (many of them written by Mike Cohn and the team at Mountain Goat) and this course does a great job of distilling the lake of information into a manageable and consumable course. Mike Cohn and the other instructors are invested in the success of Scrum at your organization and how much they care really shines through. I have several years of experience working in a Scrum environment and I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to learn new ways to really take their team to the next level.

Got a recommendation from a colleague to enroll and was very surprised in the beginning as the pre-course 4 hours videos were so in-depth I couldn't understand what are we going to do on the course! :D But then thorough team exercises, ability to chat with Lance and have coaching on real life cases we face - made it all make sense! Incredible, recommended to my other colleagues

Mountain Goat is always the first place I go when looking for information on Agile processes and ideas. The classes are excellent and help build a strong foundation for people to understand Agile processes and techniques.
